position:
Full-time salaried position for Interior Designer or Architect with a passion for and strong background in Furniture Services. Must possess key strengths in organization, time management, delegating to staff and client service. Must be a team-player and able to adapt to various team structures; working independently and as part of a larger team. Key staff member responsible for client day-to-day contact, oversight and tracking of furniture projects; oversight of FF&E quality control. Job will also include a lot of billable work on projects such as furniture selection, creating budgets, CAD planning and coding, specification writing, etc. Job includes participation in marketing new projects, periodic refinement of lauckgroup furniture processes including budgeting, documentation, order tracking, site delivery oversight, punch-list tracking, etc. Travel as required between offices and to project locations.
background:
lauckgroup is an interior architecture firm with offices in Dallas, Austin and Houston. We are a small firm with approximately 30 full time staff and work regionally, nationally and internationally. Annually lauckgroup specifies furniture in excess of $15M for our clients. Project size and scope vary from small suites to $7M for a single client. This role has been created with the intent to find a committed champion of FF&E project delivery.

STG Design
STG Design has an immediate employment opportunity for a talented marketing team member in its Austin office. This position will focus primarily on firm promotion, social media and branding. We are seeking a team-oriented, self-starter who desires a challenging work environment in which to develop our marketing of professional services. Strong social skills combined with a keen focus on getting the job done are essential qualities for success in this position. A strong resume in graphic communication is desired. The applicant must have a high degree of proficiency in using the Adobe Creative Suite as well as a strong ability to write and edit copy, and be organized while meeting aggressive deadlines. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to participate and thrive in a design-oriented studio setting and be able to provide leadership regarding coordinating the activities of marketing personnel based in our offices located in Houston, Nashville and Tucson. STG Design is a nationally active firm, accordingly this applicant will be tasked with business development duties that promote the entire firm.
The successful applicant must have at least five years of full-time experience in design, development and production of a broad range of business promotional marketing materials and social media mediums while in the employ of a design firm. Knowledge of RFP/RFQ solicitations is desired. A Bachelor’s degree in a design discipline, marketing or graphic communications is also required. We also expect our new applicant to have a strong sense of community, evidenced by involvement in the applicant’s local community.
