The IIDA TX OK Chapter Awards Gala on August 13, 2010 begins with a cocktail hour at 6:00 PM and dinner will begin at 7:00 PM.  The event is at the Westin Galleria – Dallas – The San Antonio Ballroom

Parking:

There will be complimentary self parking in the garage below the Westin. Valet is provided at a discounted rate of $12 and you will need to get a valet sticker provided at the registration desk.

Gala Entrance:

Once you arrive at the Westin you will be directed to the San Antonio Ballroom.  Please check in at the Gala registration table to receive your table tent that will have your name and table number.  If you purchased a table each guest will have their own table tent.
