The Membership Grant Program is made possible by our Chapter Sponsors. In an effort to increase membership part of the money raised through the Chapter Sponsorship drive goes towards encouraging new members to join by paying their first year's dues. There is a form to fill out if you are interested. Your local city center nominates one professional and one associate member to the chapter board for approval. Fourteen grants are awarded in all, one professional and one associate for each city center.

In 2004 the chapter board added to the grant a lottery for renewing professional members. If you are a renewing professional or associate member and your employer does not pay your dues you are eligible. Your local city center nominates one professional member from your city center. All seven names are put into a lottery and one is chosen at random.
