Alliance Architects - Interior Design Project Manager Alliance Architects is looking for an organized multitasker to join our tight-knit family of collaborative designers and architects. As a project manager, you will be responsible for managing and running multiple interior projects from conception to completion. The project manager will partner and collaborate with clients, consultants, and other team members as well as direct the A&E team to ensure the project's successful completion. RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the overall creative scope of projects. · Lead presentations and meetings with clients and prospective clients. · Oversee all phases of design for multiple projects collaborating with other team members and clients. · Lead the development of programs and space planning concepts. · Oversee the selection of FF&E and materials. · Knowledge of material costs and staying current on design trends. · Oversee and assist in the preparation of construction documents and other deliverables/materials as required. · Leads and coordinates the project team and consultants to assure that the project meets the client’s budget, schedule, program, and design intent. · Develops and oversees project schedules and timelines.RESPONSIBILITIES · Lead the overall creative scope of projects. · Lead presentations and meetings with clients and prospective clients. · Oversee all phases of design for multiple projects collaborating with other team members and clients. · Lead the development of programs and space planning concepts. · Oversee the selection of FF&E and materials. · Knowledge of material costs and staying current on design trends. · Oversee and assist in the preparation of construction documents and other deliverables/materials as required. · Leads and coordinates the project team and consultants to assure that the project meets the client’s budget, schedule, program, and design intent. · Develops and oversees project schedules and timelines.

Qualifications

Qualifications
 • 5-7 years of experience in commercial design with 1-2 years of experience in project management
• Accredited degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Registered Interior Designer
• Revit experience • Self-starter/self-motivated
• Ability to interact well in various business and social settings with a variety of people in a mature and professional manner
• Advanced knowledge of FF&E
• Proven leadership skills • Delegate and oversee the entire design process • Effectively and confidently address competing priorities
• Ability to plan, manage, and complete diverse tasks on defined schedules
• Knowledge of current industry trends
