The Interior Project Manager position manages multiple small/medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work. Has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple small and midsized projects. Responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Can act as the primary liaison to the client to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client’s budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and team assignments. Must act as a team leader in collaboration with Project Interior Designer and Project Designer to directly supervise the team’s design and technical delivery. Project size and complexity differentiates this position from the Senior Interior Project Manager level.
- Qualifications
• Professional degree in architecture or related field required; Bachelor of Arts or Science in Architecture or a Bachelor of Architecture and/or Master of Architecture preferred.
• Architecture licensure in good standing required; NCIDQ certification preferred.
• NCIDQ, IIDA and/or other current achievement affiliations in good standing preferred.
• CSI, LEED and/or WELL accreditation preferred
• Experience in construction administration
• Generally, ten years+ post-graduation experience in architecture; comparable experience in related fields will be considered.- Job Type
