The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating project details, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
• Assist sales representatives in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding order status and project updates.
Project Coordination:
• Work closely with sales, design, and operations teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to confirm order details and lead times.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Customer Service & Communication:
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Support the sales team in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Administrative & Operational Tasks:
• Assist in generating reports, tracking sales performance, and analyzing data.
• Manage documentation related to contracts, warranties, and invoices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and sales initiatives.- Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
• Previous experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service (preferably in office furniture or related industries).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
