The Interiors team in Dallas is looking for talented and enthusiastic designers with advanced architectural 3D visualization experience. We are all about diving into new technologies and figuring out the latest tools to help teams and clients tell their stories. If you are a creative and technically minded individual with experience in both concept design and visualization and a passion for innovating and figuring stuff out we’d love to meet you.

Demonstrates a high level of competency in graphic communication skills to illustrate design concepts:

Familiarity with a variety of alternative modeling and rendering software, such as Enscape, Rhino, Sketch-up, Revit, Lumion, Unreal Engine, Photoshop, Grasshopper, as well as video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects are welcome.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of project complexity to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in interior design, execution, and living design.
Exhibits advanced understanding and independent development of interior design concepts and integration of the architectural design process in our market sector
Exercises critical judgement in creating materials and models for client presentations.
Influences and manipulates design elements such as spatial layout, color, light, texture, and scale.
Expresses curiosity about the world of design and the industry at large.
Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
Keeps open and proactive communication within team and with designated team leader.
Communicates ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others.
Coordinates effectively and participates in meetings with clients, partners, and consultants

Qualifications

Requirements 
To join us, you should have:

A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline
5+ years of experience including design experience
Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferred
Experience in all phases and aspects of a project
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
Collaborative and professional work ethic
LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
Licensure or interest in completing your ARE or NCIDQ exams
