CREO is currently seeking an Interior Designer II. As an Interior Designer II you will be responsible for collaborating on the design of complex projects. You will partner with internal partner disciplines, vendors, and consultants as needed. Individuals in this position will work on multiple projects of varying scale and type.
CREO an integrated design firm delivering architecture, interiors, and planning for new construction, renovation, and adaptive reuse. Requirements
• Interior Design Degree from Accredited University
• Licensed or actively seeking NCIDQ / NCARB certifications
• 3-5 years of experience
• Proficient in REVIT, Sketchup, Adobe suite and MS OfficePreferred Skillset
• Self-motivated team player with good organization and proactive communication skills
• Comfortable working on multiple projects
• Ability to prioritize multiple, tasks, deadlines with excellent time management skills
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate about design
• Fundamental understanding of the design process.
• Ability to engage thoughtfully in a collaborative environment.
• Confident in drafting capabilities
• Experience in the creation of a construction drawing set
• Practical understanding of materials, specifications, interior design construction process and methodologies.
• Experience in all phases of project development from conceptual design, through post occupancy evaluation and “lessons learned”
• Knowledge of building regulations and codes
• Experience in client, vendor, sub-contractor, consultant, and architect communications
