We seek a senior interior designer with team leadership abilities who has experience in the corporate design and furniture industry for commercial interiors. Ideally, this designer is located in the Lubbock, Texas area (can be located in the Midland/Odessa/San Angelo/Abilene/Amarillo area). If you are located outside this area, we will accept the interest, but will first seek designers in our immediate area or soon to be relocating to the West Texas area.

If you are applying, we automatically assume you have the following credentials as baseline qualifiers but will test for these. Please use these as minimum standards to determine if we are a fit for your talent.

CAD / Revit / CET and/or Project Matrix software proficiency
Graphic programs to create dynamic presentations
Project management experience
Have led a team of designers in the commercial furniture and design industry

We assess candidates through our designer avatar. Our avatar personifies our ideal candidate and the credentials we seek in applicants. We will send this to you upon notice of interest after making sure you have the baseline credentials above. After that, we will ask for a video of yourself that is a self-guided format, but we would love to hear how you align with our avatar. Videos will be limited to 5 minutes or less and an uplink will be provided.
