Responsibilities: • Meet with clients and upkeep positive client relations • Produce preliminary plans, programming, construction documents and construction administration • Project/Construction Management • Leadership over entry designers • Finish selections

Software:

• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required

• 3D rendering experience

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Personal Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related project experience in a design-oriented role, emphasizing corporate workplace and healthcare design • Registered Interior Designer or NCIDQ Certified

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or foreign equivalent

• Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements

• Knowledge of interior finish detailing and application
