We are seeking a Healthcare Furniture Designer with 5+ years of furniture planning experience.

You will join a close knit and collaborative team with a commitment to quality design and impeccable customer service.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited University program.

5+ years of furniture planning experience.

Motivation! And be a self-starter with an aptitude for learning and growing as a professional.

A commitment to providing top notch customer service and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

The ability to perform and manage multiple tasks and be adaptable enough to change assignments as necessary to meet project deadlines.

Ability to work on multiple projects at a time.

Advanced knowledge of interior furnishings and experience with the creation of furniture presentations, material selections, furniture plans and furniture specifications.

Experience creating furniture budgets.

Knowledge of reviewing furniture bill of materials for accuracy.

Ability to be present at a job site for project walk-throughs, overseeing furniture installations, meetings with project representatives or other necessary activities. Time required varies and is dependent upon project needs and requirements.

Knowledge of basic local building codes as well as accessibility requirements as they relate to furniture.

Experience coordinating with other related trades such as Architects, MEP Engineers, and other consultants as well as code officials and contractors.

Advanced design documentation skills and strong technical proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office programs.
