We are seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer with 5-7 years of healthcare design experience.

You will join a close knit and collaborative team with a commitment to quality design and impeccable customer service.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited University program.
• 5-7 years of healthcare interior design experience.
• Licensure or interest in completing your NCIDQ exam.
• Motivation! And be a self-starter with an aptitude for learning and growing as a professional.
• Experience in the design and technical development of a variety of healthcare projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• A commitment to providing top notch customer service and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• The ability to perform and manage multiple tasks and be adaptable enough to change assignments as necessary to meet office deadlines.
• Proficient in project design, construction documents and construction administration to ensure project details are carried out.
• Ability to be present at a job site for project walk-throughs, overseeing furniture installations, meetings with project representatives or other necessary activities.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles on multiple projects at a time.
• Ability to produce full sets of high quality construction documents.
• Knowledge of basic local building codes as well as accessibility requirements.
• Experience coordinating with other related trades such as Architects, MEP Engineers, and other consultants as well as code officials and contractors.
• Advanced design documentation skills and strong technical proficiency with Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office programs.
• 3-D computer rendering skills required.
• Familiarity with interior furnishings and experience with the creation of furniture plans and specifications.
