We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Interior Designer with 1-5 years of professional experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative, self motivated, and goal oriented Junior Designer to join a collaborative and passionate firm. You will work closely with small design teams on all aspects of design and project management. We are looking for someone eager to continue learning and growing within our firm.

This is a full-time, onsite position.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Collaborate with the architecture and design team to develop and execute creative and functional interior design solutions.
Assist in all phases of the design process, from initial concepts to 3D modeling and construction administration.
Utilize strong design skills and proficiency in drafting software (BIM & 3D modeling software a plus) to create high-quality presentations and documentation.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and materials.
Effectively communicate design ideas to clients and collaborate with consultants.

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in Interior Design, preferably within an architecture or design firm setting.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D design software (Sketchup; ArchiCad BIM experience is a big plus).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
