Our IIDA Texas Oklahoma Chapter is a professional networking and educational association that supports design professionals, industry affiliates, educators, students, firms, and their clients. We are the largest Chapter in the U.S., with over 1,665 members in 2 states across 8 City Centers.

Professional Members are actively engaged in the profession of interior design or design education. Applicants for Professional Membership must meet one of the following groups of standards:
GROUP 1: PRACTICING INTERIOR DESIGN PROFESSIONALS
The IIDA Professional Interior Designer membership is designed for practitioners of interior design who have passed either the NCIDQ or the ARE and includes professional interior designers and professional architects.
Professional Membership | IIDA
IIDA Associate Membership is designed for interior designers that have completed at least two years of formal interior design education but have not yet become NCIDQ- or ARE-certified.
Associate Membership | IIDA
The IIDA Educator membership is designed for educators and facilitators of interior design education. Educators enhance the careers of future generations of designers and are essential members of the design community.
Educator Membership | IIDA
The IIDA Industry Individual Membership is designed for professionals engaged in the interior design industry who do not practice interior design but make exemplary interior design possible. Our Industry members are lighting designers, photographers, carpenters, dealers, distributors, product designers, product manufacturers, acoustic designers, and more.

IIDA Student membership is designed for the interior design student interested in professional development opportunities and expanding their professional network within the design industry.

IIDA Industry membership is designed for companies in the A&D industry that design or distribute products or services used by commercial interior designers.
